How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to theoprimeapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my OPrime account".
- Include the phone number or email address associated with your registered OPrime account.
- Alternatively, contact our support team directly via phone/WhatsApp at +2348153122362.
- Our compliance team will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 7 business days.
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted
- Personal Profile Information: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Account Security PINs.
- Saved Beneficiaries and Payment Preferences.
- Firebase Messaging Push Notification tokens.
- Customer support chat logs and interaction records.
Data That May Be Retained
- Financial transaction ledger entries and receipts retained for regulatory tax and audit compliance under financial laws.
- Security & fraud prevention logs required for legal dispute resolution.
- Retained records are kept securely only for the duration required by law and NDPR guidelines.
